It was Saturday, January 7th, 2017. I knew absolutely nothing about Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping when I was invited to a birthday party for some friends. It was at this party I met one of the owners of FXB Stillwater, Leslie. She Had me at Hello if you will! After talking with her and friends about the program, its benefits, etc., my wife & I ran home to sign up and could not wait for Monday to come soon enough to start our Journey! We've done the large gym facility in the past or, what I like to call, The Donation. But right from the beginning, we knew the Farrell's Program was different. The accountability, the companionship from fellow members, the nutrition guidance & the physical guidance in the gym was a natural way of life at Farrell'sI was hooked! Going through the 10 week program I lost 42 pounds, felt a whole lot better and began to think, whats next? Obviously, I joined as a FIT member but wanted more! Becoming a part of the FXB Stillwater Family is one of the best decisions Ive ever made! Now, are you ready to join me on the mats?! Do you have what it takes?! Dont let the Extreme portion of the name fool you, I began at 273lbs, little to no exercise was my daily routine, but now weighing in at 210lbs and absolutely addicted!
